Attention Bryn Mawr Units #3 & #7 Homeowners!
With hurricane IAN making a visit, it’s been a crazy couple of weeks for all of us.
First…Our CAM, Ron is back from vacation. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10AM through 1PM.
But…By now you should have received your HOA Annual Meeting Package. Contained in the package is the agenda, prior year’s minutes, the proposed 2023 Budget, bio’s for the Board of Director candidates and the yellow PROXY.
The Annual Meeting is set for Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 6 P.M. There will be nominations for the Board of Directors from the floor, then elections begin. Voting ends at 8 P.M.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the PROXY and return it to the HOA Office. You can use the self-addressed, stamped envelope provided for this purpose or simply bring it to the office.
We’re hoping to meet our quorum and gather 100 votes or proxy’s.
If you do not receive your annual package, the office manager, Ron, will be able to provide the documents for you.
