Board of Directors Meeting
January 15, 2019

7 P.M.
The meeting was called to order at 7:08 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to our Flag. Board members in attendance were Nick Miokovic, Tony Swiontek, Jen Webster, and Janice Lancaster. Matt Inman, Corey Hill, and Paul Anderson, CAM were unable to attend the meeting. There were four additional attendees present for the meeting.
Received the following items in the Board of Directors’ packages: All information was distributed at the Meeting.
Received at the meeting: Agenda, Meeting Minutes for December 18, 2018, and Treasurer’s Report for January 15, 2018 and information for new blinds / verticals for the clubhouse.

A motion was made by Jen Webster to accept the December 18, 2018 Meeting Minutes as presented; seconded by Nick Miokovic; 4 for; none opposed; motion adopted.
Treasurer’s Report:
The Treasurer’s report was presented by Janice Lancaster for approval.
A motion was made by Jen Webster to accept the January 15, 2019 Treasurer’s report as presented; seconded by Tony Swiontek; 4 for; none opposed; report adopted.
Manager’s Report
Nick Miokovic reported briefly that out CAM – Paul Anderson was absent due to personal business. Paul will return to his regular duties as soon as his business is completed.
Committee Reports:
ARC Committee Activity: There were two ARC Requests for this month. They are as follows: 1 roof replacement and 1 paint house trim.
Lake/Landscape Committee Activity: Nothing to report.
Newsletter Committee Activity: Nothing to report.

Tech Committee Activity: Nick is looking into a new power source for our security cameras. The cost is expected to be about $160.00.
Social Committee Activity: Nothing to report.
Declaration Bylaw Committee Activity: Nothing to report.
Clubhouse Interior Activity: Nothing to report.
Compliance Committee Activity: Nothing to report.
Budget Committee Activity: Nothing to report.
Emergency Preparedness Committee: Nothing to report.
Old Business:
Approve sending Unit 208 to the Attorney for Collections (tabled 11/20/18)
A motion was made by Janice Lancaster to remove this item from the agenda as the homeowner has paid substantial monies to bring his account to a more current status; seconded by Tony Swiontek; 4 for; none opposed; motion adopted.
Approve Purchase of Verticals / Blinds
A motion was made by Jen Webster to accept the information for mini blinds and verticals from Lowe’s for no more than $500.00; 4 for; none opposed; motion adopted.
