Reconvene Annual Meeting

The reconvening of our Annual meeting has been called for December 20, 2016 at 6:45 PM. The regular Board of Directors meeting will follow immediately thereafter. The agenda will include the approval of the 2017 Budget and any other issues the membership wishes to address. Mark your calendar and try to attend.

2017 Assessments

The board have established the assessments for next year to stay the same as this year $600.00 paid quarterly of $150.00 in Jan., Apr., Jul., and Oct., They have also included the $50.00 discount for paying up for the year, if you make payment of $550.00 before January 31, 2017.

Compliance Committee Fines Established

The Board approved in November the fines for noncompliance to the Covenants & Restrictions. The schedule will be on the web-site, and sent out with the notice of the reconvened Annual Meeting notice. The Board is looking for volunteers to fill the vacancies on that committee. If interested please contact a board member or the office.

Annual Holiday Lighting Contest

The social Committee is planning to hold its Holiday Lighting Contest on Saturday, December 17 starting at 7PM. Remember to have your lights on that night to be considered for one of the top five prizes of $20.00 Publix gift cards.

In line with this damage, the board voted to start its replacement of the fences about Bryn Mawr. The first, will be 330 feet of fence that came down during the hurricane and will replaced with tan vinyl. This will be an ongoing project every year till completed.

Pool Furniture

The re-strapped chairs and chaise lounges at the pool have been delivered. The ordered three new tables and umbrellas will be here by the end of the month. It is a great place to come to enjoy the crisp air, enjoy a book, or meet and talk with neighbors.

Volunteers

The Board of Directors wants to thank all the many volunteers throughout the year who gave of their time to assist on many different occasions.
