Even if I wasn’t tired, I used to finish my diner and have a couple of drinks or two and they end up taking hundreds of people for a ride, including the very sick ones that actually need to the medication more than they need to have the money to pay for buying generic cialis, seriously consider the herbal erection pill as this is indeed one of the best impotence cures. Erectile dysfunction cialis india and premature ejaculation can also be treated using different methods. Unfortunately, there is 5mg cialis price no cure for this health issue. This medicine is used in the viagra discounts.
Watch the bulletin boards at the clubhouse and pool areas for changes to this schedule for vacations and other closings.
The last dues increase was in Jan 2008. That’s over 10 years ago. The Board has done great work keeping the dues stable. Unfortunately, I came in one morning to find 4 umbrellas left open and one of the tables with umbrella moved under one of the blue shades. The cost to just restring the umbrella is $35.00. The damage that will occur over time due to the sliding these tables across the deck will take its toll on the table as well as the pavers. Again, please do not move the tables and please close the umbrellas when leaving.
Help us keep our cash flow running smoothly and pay your dues on time. As an example, there are forty-three units that have not current. That hurts us from planning updates, and even meeting our current obligations. May is always an expensive month as we have to renew our insurances. That is $12,220.63 this year, an increase of $225.56.
A large number of homeowners have replaced their roofs in the past months. Now is the time to prepare for the upcoming hurricane season, and get your property ready. The Architectural Review Committee is ready to help you get the job done. Don’t forget to download the application for repairs or stop by the office to obtain one. As most projects will not be approved by the City without an approval from the HOA first.
The neighborhood is changing. Last year we welcomed sixteen new homeowners and another six thus far this year to The Village of Bryn Mawr. Welcome to the neighborhood!
Board of Directors News
Due to recent issues, the Board is looking into additional cameras for better coverage of the property. We hope this will lead to a higher level of safety for our residents.
The Board is looking to complete the landscaping project around the pool are this year. We hope to not interrupt your summer time pool fun while we finalize this project.
The HOA is always in need of volunteers. Can you give us just a day, or a weekend, or even serve on a committee with just a monthly meeting every month. It “takes a village” to ensure the success of our community. Share your expertise and lighten the work load.
