SUMMER IS HERE; HURRICANE; SEASON IS HERE; CLEAN-UP TIME IS HERE
The summer is here, time to look around and clean up the yard, fix the fence, remove loose boards, take down loose branches. Be prepared for the hurricane season. To assist you the ARB committee will be looking for trouble spots during the month and sending notices to remove or fix those potential trouble spots. Remember to pull an Architectural Modification Request Form first. Let’s keep Bryn Mawr clean and safe.
POOL NEWS
The new umbrellas have arrived and new tables and chairs are on the way. Two new picnic tables have been placed around the clubhouse area. Come down and meet the neighbors and enjoy the relaxing time.
TENNIS COURTS
The bids have gone out and been received to resurface the tennis courts. The work should be done by the fall when the weather is a little cooler.
Key Cards
The new key card system is up and running. If you have not picked up yours yet. Come by the office and do so, as you can’t get into the pool or tennis court without one.
