Board of Directors Meeting

7 P.M.
The meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to our Flag. Board members in attendance were Nick Miokovic, Matt Inman, Tony Swiontek, Janice Lancaster and Paul Anderson, CAM. Linda Smith and Brian Wade did not attend. There were four additional attendees present for the meeting.
Received the following items in the Board of Directors’ packages: Agenda, Meeting Minutes for July 17, 2018, Treasurer’s Report for August 21, 2018, Office Manager’s Report for August 2018, Delinquents & Foreclosure Report, 2018 Budget and Reserves Account Information, OUC bill analysis, 2019 Proposed Budget, Reserve Study Estimate information, Center State Bank relocation notification, pool certification report from CAM, Refrigerator purchase statement, Financial Statements for July 31, 2018, and bank reconciliation worksheets for Money Market and Operating Accounts.
Received at the meeting: Motion information / instruction for Pool Violation Repairs, and Pool Repair estimates for both pools.
A motion was made by Matt Inman to add necessary repair of pool violations in order to reopen the pool to the community; seconded by Nick Miokovic; 4 for; none opposed; motion adopted. The pool violation repairs will be added to the agenda under new business for Board Action.

ARC Committee Activity: There were 4 ARC Requests for this month. They are as follows: 1) replace roof, 2) paint door, 3) fence and 4) new roof / paint house.
Lake/Landscape Committee Activity: The Directors discussed the possibility of need to find new vendor for pool landscape project.
Newsletter Committee Activity: Will add notification to community of election committee volunteers needed and vacancies on the Board of Directors for the October 2018 Annual Meeting.
Tech Committee Activity: Nick will be meeting with new camera vendor Thursday, August 23, 2018.
Social Committee Activity: Working on selection of refreshments for Annual Meeting in October.
Declaration Bylaw Committee Activity: Nothing to report.
Clubhouse Interior Committee Activity: See New Business.
